MY PASSION

My greatest passion is helping individuals navigate their unique paths to healing and growth. This passion comes from my journey through loss and emotional pain, which helped shape my deep understanding of the healing process and the importance of compassionate support. WHO I WORK WITH

I enjoy working with diverse clients from preteens to seniors, regardless of their gender and cultural identity. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced or are experiencing traumatic events, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems that have left them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.

I am particularly passionate about helping women who have experienced emotional pain from intimate relationships gain clarity and rebuild their confidence.

Many individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, and diminished self-worth, find that these challenges are often linked to traumatic experiences. In our work together, we’ll gently explore how your experiences may be impacting your inner world and interpersonal dynamics.

You’ll learn practical tools to manage overwhelming emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, cultivate healthier ways of relating with others, increase self-compassion, and restore a sense of safety within yourself. 

MY APPROACH

At the core of my practice is a deep understanding of the pervasive and lingering effects of painful experiences. My trauma-informed approach involves recognizing the widespread impact of these experiences, understanding potential paths for recovery, and integrating this knowledge into every aspect of treatment. In addition, I draw from evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness.
