Do you feel pressure from family, friends and society to have it all figured out? Or maybe you’ve been comparing yourself to your peers in a way that is harming your self esteem?

All of this is making you feel like you don’t know where to turn for support.

Maybe you’ve started college or university and this is the first time you’ve been away from home and your friends. Or you’ve started a new career and it’s not what you expected it to be. You feel the pressure of making the “right” decisions about the rest of your life. These pressures can leave you feeling a variety of emotions. Maybe you feel excited, stressed, happy, confused, fearful, stuck and even overwhelmed.

This feel heavy and the stress can lead to anxiety and depression, difficulty making decisions, loneliness and confusion.

It can also lead to unhealthy coping, including drinking too much, using drugs or alcohol to numb or forget, conflict in your relationships and maybe making decisions that aren’t in your best interest.

We help young adults explore who they are, become clear about their goals, and support them as they identify obstacles to work through.
