AFFORDABLE THERAPY IN ONTARIO

At Counselling Services of London, we believe that everyone deserves fair access to quality mental health support. That’s why we are proud to offer affordable counselling options for our clients in Ontario. Our approach is tailored to address the unique needs of each individual client, while understanding that not everyone has access to insurance or can afford therapy services. We are dedicated to providing compassionate therapy services that empower our clients to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

HOW LOW-COST THERAPY WORKS

Our low-cost or sliding scale therapy services are provided by psychotherapist interns who are gaining counselling experience to complete their graduate degree requirements. The great thing about working with an intern is that they have been educated in the latest research and have been trained in new and upcoming treatment modalities. 

Interns are also under several layers of supervision by senior therapists. Because interns are students in graduate school, they are supervised by case consultation instructors in their graduate program as well as receiving weekly supervision from an Registered Psychotherapist through Counselling Services of London. Our interns are registered with CRPO as “Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)”.

Please note that our current counselling intern program will be starting in January of 2024 and therapy services will be offered primarily ONLINE at this time.
