MY PASSION
My passion for being a therapist comes from a genuine desire to support and empower individuals to overcome challenges and reach their full potential while they navigate life’s many obstacles. My work is driven by a deep commitment to creating a safe space where people feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe in the strength of human resilience and the transformative power of support. I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

WHO I WORK WITH
I work with adults of all ages who are navigating life transitions, relationship issues, work stress, life dilemmas, emotional challenges, self esteem, family conflict, exploring identities and their experiences.
I support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their path and are seeking support to regain clarity, confidence, and direction. I help individuals cultivate self-awareness, develop coping strategies, support emotional regulation, build resilience, implement stress reduction, and foster self care. I assist people in creating meaningful change in their lives to unlock their full potential.
MY APPROACH
My approach is laid-back, comfortable, empathetic, and client-directed, creating a space where individuals feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions.
I use humour when appropriate to break down barriers and meet clients where they are, making the process feel natural and engaging rather than intimidating. I believe that every person’s story matters, and my training in narrative therapy allows me to help clients deeply explore their experiences, uncover meaning, and reshape their narratives in a way that empowers them.
I use solution focused therapy to help people reach their desired outcomes. My goal is to foster real, honest conversations that lead to insight, growth, and lasting change.
